Our staff selection program has been carefully designed as to ensure that all applicants are suitable for security posts.  An extensive background check is validated and a thorough personal interview is conducted by our directors.  We also make sure that all respective employees conform to PSIRA requirements and regulations.

 

 

 

Alarm installations, alarm monitoring, Security dogs, Radios, armed guards (firearms), CCTV installations and monitoring, investigations of crime and loss control, close protection of VIP’s, large contracts to have dedicated reaction unit available 24 hours a day.

 

We offer tailor made security over a wide spectrum of customer needs. Intelligent approach to safety and security is required. We take pride in tackling security issues with creative solutions and tried and tested methods to ensure the best results.

 

 

All sites are supplied with two way radios, and active track where applicable ,all guards to report fifteen minutes before their shift starts and this is monitored by our control room.

Our control room is operational 24 hours a day, so there is always two supervisors on duty monitoring and keeping visuals on our camera surveillance system. The supervisors on duty are responsible for all day/night postings which include support staff to make provision for: sick leave, days off, annual leave and AWOL’s.

 

 

To prevent the most common problem many face at night, sleeping by staff members and/or other possible problems we have a tried and tested system in place.

 

Every site must report to the control room with a specific code, along with their OB serial number at different times throughout the evening, these times change randomly to avoid repetition. These timing intervals are determined by our site managers and recorded on a different sheet which is checked against OB records daily. Apart from these measures we have in place, the area supervisors will visit each site and a physical inspection is done of officers as well as the guard room and all OB books.

We can regulate multiple remote sites from our control room and respond accordingly.

Our Guard acts as both receptionist and lead Security officer at this site. Gates are opened at reception on an appointment only basis. On entering reception, the visitor/client is issued an assigned visitors card that tracks all areas visited. Upon leaving the premises the client has to place the card in the reader box in order for the gate to open. This ensures visitors only access permitted areas.
